1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between j1888 ("the Platform", "we", "us") and any individual ("you", "the Player") who registers for and uses the services available at j1888.uk. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on j1888, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

2. Eligibility

3. Your Account

Each person may hold only one active j1888 account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date — including your registered mobile number, which is used for OTP authentication on sensitive account actions.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username, password, or OTP codes with anyone. j1888 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access that arises from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required to activate deposit and withdrawal functionality. j1888 may request identification documents at registration or at any point thereafter. Accounts that cannot be verified may have their transaction functions restricted until verification is completed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on j1888 are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, InstaPay, PESONet, and Philippine bank transfer. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods for any gaming transaction on this platform.

Deposits must be made from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including transfers from accounts belonging to family members or friends — are not permitted and may result in the funds being placed on hold pending investigation.

Withdrawals are generally processed through the same payment channel used for the most recent qualifying deposit. j1888 processes withdrawal requests in accordance with the platform's standard timelines, which may vary based on your account status, verification level, and the payment method selected. VIP members at higher tiers benefit from priority withdrawal processing.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Promotions and bonuses offered by j1888 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer. These terms define the conditions under which a bonus is awarded, the wagering requirements that apply, the eligible game types and contribution rates, and the timeframe within which conditions must be met.

General conditions that apply to all j1888 bonuses unless stated otherwise include:

• Bonuses are awarded to verified accounts only. Accounts pending KYC are not eligible to receive bonus funds.

6. Gameplay & Bets

All game outcomes on j1888 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by the game studios whose titles appear on the platform. j1888 does not influence or modify game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by the game providers and are stated in each game's paytable.

Bets placed and confirmed by the system are binding. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. In the event of a technical error during a game round, j1888 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the corresponding stake. Winnings generated from an obviously erroneous outcome — such as a software malfunction displaying an incorrect payout — will not be honoured.

For sports betting, all markets are settled in accordance with the published rules for the relevant sport and competition. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, j1888's decision is final. Live in-play bets are accepted subject to availability and the prevailing odds at the moment of confirmation — not at the time the betslip was opened.

7. Player Conduct

Players are expected to use j1888 honestly and in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players in card games, live tables, or any other game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes — including those that result in incorrectly displayed odds or game outcomes.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or j1888 staff through any communication channel.
• Using a VPN or other method to disguise your true location or identity when accessing the platform.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

j1888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its discretion, including in circumstances where:

• The account holder is found to have violated these Terms in any material respect.
• j1888 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
• The account holder fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request to do so.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requires account action.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time through the account settings or by contacting player support. Any outstanding verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following the completion of required checks, subject to any obligations owed to the platform.

Self-exclusion requests are processed through the Responsible Gaming section. Players who self-exclude will have their account access suspended for the duration of the exclusion period and will not be re-marketed to during that time.

9. Limitation of Liability

j1888 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to maintain platform availability and accuracy, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of technical issues at all times.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, j1888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failures, connectivity issues on the player's end, or service interruptions outside of j1888's reasonable control.

j1888 accepts no responsibility for losses resulting from a player's failure to follow these Terms, failure to maintain account security, or decisions made while intoxicated or in a compromised mental state.

10. Privacy & Data

The collection, use, and storage of personal data provided by players is governed by the j1888 Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with that policy.

j1888 uses SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. KYC documents submitted for verification are stored securely and accessed only by authorised personnel for compliance purposes. j1888 will not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

11. Amendments to These Terms

j1888 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time.
